I believe that people are not problems to be fixed, but individuals to be understood within the context of their relationships, experiences, and environments. As a marriage and family therapist, I view challenges not as isolated issues, but as patterns that develop within systems families, partnerships, and broader social contexts.

I believe that people are not problems to be fixed, but individuals to be understood within the context of their relationships, experiences, and environments. As a marriage and family therapist, I view challenges not as isolated issues, but as patterns that develop within systems families, partnerships, and broader social contexts.
My approach is rooted in the belief that connection is at the heart of healing. When individuals feel seen, heard, and valued, they are better able to access their strengths, build insight, and create meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment and with genuine curiosity.
I work collaboratively with clients, recognizing them as the experts of their own lives. Together, we identify patterns, strengthen communication, and develop practical tools that support healthier relationships with others and with oneself.
I also believe in the resilience and capacity for growth within every person and family. Even in moments of disconnection, pain, or uncertainty, there is opportunity for repair, understanding, and transformation.
My role is not to direct, but to guide, to help clients reconnect with their values, deepen their relationships, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
